Feeling Safer Now?

Price for TSA's failed body scanners: $160 million: How bad are the machines at catching threats? So bad that Sen. Ron Johnson suggests adding metal detectors.

Gee, who could possibly have thought any of those things would matter? Which of us wouldn't want under-paid, under-trained, under-motivated people working at our places of business, our schools, or our hospitals? (And who, by the way, established an agency at a funding level that leads to all this? Anyone? Bueller?)
