I'm probably dissing a nice lady, but Lynn-Holly Johnson's performance in For Your Eyes Only surely deserves a place on this pantheon.(And, no, I've never seen Ice Castles or Watcher in the Woods, the two movies of hers that a lot of people like.)
What about Fred Dryer, former Giants and Rams defensive end, who managed to churn out several seasons of "Hunter" while never once showing the slightest nuance, subtlety, or shading in his acting?/I will give him points, however, for wearing the tightest jeans on TV in the late 1980s.
And who can forget Roman Gabriel in The Undefeated with Rock Hudson, John Wayne and the surprisingly good Merlin Olsen. We try.....
Not all the ones lister were THAT bad. Mike Ditka, for example. And Tor Johnson was a great screen presence who didn't need to act, sort of like Pia Zadora.
