1. Baggy pants (that I spend half my day yelling at male students to pull up).

2. Misogyny. Yes, I know it's nothing new, but some of those lyrics--yikes!

3. Doing crazy things to your teeth.

4. Tacky & garish "bling."

5. Middle-class kids running around trying to talk and act "gangsta."

5. certainly resonates here, Deb. Every time I see one of those white boy wannabes riding around in Daddy's car blasting this crap, or walking down the street holding up their pants with their boxers showing, I want to laugh, even given how silly we probably acted when we were their age.
