Yikes, I'm glad the nasty air is slightly better here in the area between L.A. and San Diego. I've driven through El Centro a few times and there's nothing there to take notice of anyway but that a terrible unemployment rate. I don't think I would have considered any of these cities to move to (considering L.A. city not greater area), but I was surprised New Orleans wasn't on the list after all the problems it's had.

Rick, New Orleans does have its problems but a lot of (sorry, no other description works)the riff raff hasn't come back.

With all the advertising you wouldn't think Vegas was quite that bad to get on a list with Detroit and Newark and the rest.
