Panel #1

My first panel at the Baltimore Bouchercon is history.  "Golden Years."  It went pretty well, and I was able to work in my quick analysis of Rio Bravo.  This afternoon, I'm going to a pop culture museum that's supposed to have some wonderful stuff, including comic books, movie posters, movie tie-in toys, and so on should be fun.

If you're a beer drinker, Balto's own National Bohemian used to be the best cheap beer in America. Of course, I haven't had a Natty Bo for more than a decade, plenty of time for the recipe to have changed.

Sorry to miss it.

Miss the BoucherCon, that is...not so much the beer. Though the two probably are more inextricably blended than I might recall.

I'll have to ask the bartender about Nat Mo.

Natty Bo. Nat Bo was a one-season Orioles benchwarmer. (No, that's a lie.)

I identity with Walter Brennan, too, Bill.

I knew you'd remember that, James.

When I lived in Virginia in the fifties, as a fetus, they called National Bohemian Bo. Maybe the Natty part didn't make it across the Potomac.
