I've only seen Lost, 24, and Saturday Night Live.
I wasn't inspired by the Lost pilot to watch another episode. I watched half the first season of 24 before I gave up. I quit on Saturday Night Live when the original crew left. The few times I tried to watch an episode after that, I stopped early in each one. It's been fifteen years since I even tried.

I remember being pretty amazed by Twin Peaks, Hill Street Blues and Seinfeld. For very different reasons though.

If 'pilot' can equal first episode, then "The Wire" sucked me in with only the first episode. "24" was equally as good. Never have seen "Lost's" pilot although I am now an avid "Lost" watcher. "CSI: Miami's" pilot episode was really an episode within the original "CSI". That episode really allowed David Caruso to shine. On a different note, I really enjoyed the pilot of "Eli Stone" and was quite happy when ABC picked it up.
