Tired of these Lists?

Well, here's another one.

Top 100 Films: "Another film list? The same old Citizen Kane? No - this one’s different, says The Times’s chief film critic James Christopher."

I thought Jurassic Park was ridiculous; then I saw Point Break and threw the list in the garbage where it belonged.

If you want a Patrick Swayze movie, go see Road House. Now that's a classic!

Also stupid: The Towering Inferno

Very overrated:
The Matrix
Blade Runner
Withnail and I
The Breakfast Club!?!?!
The Shining

Believe it or not, I'd guessed that.

I couldn't wade through the whole list. 91-100 was enough. That said, Casablanca at number one wasn't a bad choice. I still cringe in fear, or is it anger, at Madonna doing a remake.

THERE WILL BE BLOOD, number two. I think a five year wait is essential before choosing it as number two. When I look back at some movies I thought I liked at the time...TITANIC comes to mind.

"This one is different -- 'cuz I wrote it this time, not the numbskull down the hall."

What do you want to bet if the same guy compiles the same list next year, THERE WILL BE BLOOD is nowhere to be seen?

Maybe I'd have liked it better if they'd included THE VALLEY OF GWANGI.

I read down until number 91, then gave up. Can someone tell me where One Night in Paris is on the list?

This one doesn't even move me to say Bushwa.
