Wishbook Web

When I was a kid living in a very small town, there was nothing more wonderful than the Sears & Roebuck Christmas catalog. There are some old ones here, along with a lot of others. Check 'em out.

It was truly the dreambook and ended up more exciting than most of the presents we eventually got.

True. They always looked better in the catalog.

When the Penney's catalog came, my brothers and sister and I would sit down and choose a dream on every page. The rule was only one wish per page and no taking someone else's choice.

Someone reprinted all the toy sections from the Sears catalogues and of course I have a copy.

I still do this. I just use gun books and those used car magazines.
