I'm under the perhaps mistaken understanding that Barry hadn't written the Bond theme by the time DR. NO was released, at least the bass line theme...so was this a rerelease opening?

One can run apparently nearly all at once if one's so inclined, if one enjoys improvised psuedo-musique concréte.
I can't answer that one, Todd. And I'm not about to try running them all at once.
